  • Collection

Various boxes were dispersed throughout the Duquesne University campus for students, faculty, staff and the general public to leave their non-perishable food donations.

Collection was originally supposed to be from March 28th through April 6th 2022, but to accommodate the influx of donations, we extended the collection period until April 15th.

  • Sorting

With the help of some Duquesne Men’s Soccer players and a couple student volunteers, we sorted all 200 plus donations on April 16th.

The non-perishables were consolidated into canned goods, boxed goods, and miscellaneous. They were then boxed based upon their category for Jubilee.

  • Delivery

Delivery of the sorted items was completed to Jubilee Soup Kitchen on April 17th, 2022.
